Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2022–2023 What a year!

Infinite possibilities has not just been a campaign slogan but the reality of our work this fiscal year. We ended the year with an average wage of a dollar more per hour compared to the previous year; completed what was one of two national guaranteed income pilot programs focused on formerly incarcerated individuals; raised the most money – EVER – in our IMPACT23 event, and launched two additional programs – our social enterprise, Feel Good Donuts and the Justus Cohort.

We want to give special recognition to the following StepUp partners for their financial contributions in support of our StepUp families. Your gift allowed us to connect job seekers to new employment opportunities and support them in building their careers. Thank you for your partnership! Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2021–2022

We are excited to be celebrating 8 years of impactful work in the Durham community. Walking hand-in-hand with adults and children to transform their lives through employment and life skills training is an amazing journey.

Interestingly, when you turn the number eight on its side, it is the symbol of infinity. I hope as you review our work from last fiscal year, you want to continue to be part of the infinite possibilities.

Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2016–2017

This fiscal year, July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, we exceeded our goals both programmatically and financially. And though we are proud of the 104 people we helped to place in employment this past fiscal year, it is equally, if not more, important for us to be able to speak about the long-term achievements of these individuals.

This first year has been about building—building trust, building partnerships and building a donor base. We have seen success on all fronts, having built strong partnerships with Durham agencies doing great work and exceeding our financial goals in the first fiscal year.
