Celebrating Cashmere Bentley’s Leadership Triangle Graduation as a Goodmon Fellow
At StepUp Durham, we believe strong leadership is rooted in a commitment to growth, service, and community—and we are proud to celebrate Interim Executive Director Cashmere Bentley for embodying all three.
Cashmere recently graduated from Leadership Triangle as a Goodmon Fellow, joining a network of more than 1,300 leaders across the Triangle who are committed to making our region the best place to work, live, and thrive.
Leadership Triangle is the premier provider of regionally focused leadership development in the Triangle, offering annual programs designed for leaders in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. Through its mission to educate, develop, connect, and activate leaders, the organization equips participants with the tools and relationships needed to create lasting impact in their communities.
Reflecting on her experience, Cashmere shared that the program challenged her, expanded her perspective, and helped her grow into an even stronger leader.
For StepUp Durham, that growth is something we are already seeing reflected in her leadership. Cashmere’s passion, vision, and unwavering commitment to empowering job seekers and strengthening our community continue to guide our organization forward. Her commitment to continually expanding her skills to better meet the needs of the communities we serve reflects the thoughtful, intentional leadership she brings to StepUp every day. Her dedication to learning and leadership inspires not only our team, but also the individuals and families we serve.
We are deeply grateful for Cashmere’s leadership and proud to celebrate this incredible accomplishment alongside her.
