When Bradley Stanfield first joined StepUp Durham, he set his sights on a new path. Through our Elevate program—which offers short-term courses to help participants close skill gaps and move toward livable-wage employment—Bradley earned his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and built the foundation for a fresh start.
