The turning point came when Benjamin decided to build his own business, a consulting practice focused on marketing and operations. This decision led him to the Build Apprenticeship, not for the credential, but for its relevance to his aspirations.

His accountability and success coach became a crucial support, providing check-ins and assistance when needed. The ENER-G sessions at StepUp reinforced his sense of value and the importance of his contributions.

Now, as a StepUp apprentice at Note in the Pocket, Benjamin thrives in an environment that values his input, focusing on community engagement and enhancing their digital presence. He is eager to create systems that will endure beyond his tenure.
